  5. Q: Can I have a sample before mass production?


    A: Of course, we can make the pre-production samples for you, if there is cost for molds and other of your design they should also be paid before making of samples. The mass production can be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.



  6. Q: How long to get the samples?


    A: If in stock, we can send out any time after receiving payment of fees for samples and shipment. Or the sample needs to be OEM, it would take time of production regarding different products.



  7. Q: Is sample charges can be refundable?


    A: Depends on products, to be discussed in detail before sending the sample to you.

    A: We visit and inspect manufacturer location, and we will inspect the goods before shipping out. All other guarantees on products will depend on type, material, and quantity. To be set on per products bases agreement with manufacturers and you.

    A: Depends on types of goods and shipment use, plane or boat. And if in stock products or special design and production time. Products are all ship after final payment.
